DELIVERY:
All orders are shipped FOB OLYSIGNS, Port Angeles ,Wa. Any
shipping damage should be reported at the time of delivery with the
shipping company. IF CRATING OR SPECIAL PACKING IS REQUIRED FOR
PROPER SHIPPING, CUSTOMER WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDINGLY.
CUSTOM
DESIGNS, LOGOS and CUSTOM LETTER STYLES: Available on a
quote basis. Please submit proper artwork or layouts to secure a
firm quote "guessing is
discouraged". Camera Ready Art is required for digitizing. Any
art, "clean-up" will be invoiced at $50.00 per hour.
CUSTOMER
SUPPLIED MATERIALS: We welcome work produced or cut on
customer supplied material and will discount our prices accordingly.
However, WE
WILL NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR REPLACEMENT MATERIALS DUE TO
ERRORS OR COMPUTER FAILURE BEYOND OUR CONTROL. Excess
material should always be supplied to insure a complete order.

MINIMUM
ORDERS: CERTAIN PRODUCTS DO HAVE MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNTS AND MAY NOT
BE COMBINED WITH OTHER PRODUCTS TO ACHIEVE MINIMUMS. Like
materials and thickness may be combined to achieve a given minimum.

MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS OF RECEIPT OF ORDER,
OTHER-WISE SHIPMENT WILL BE CONSIDERED COMPLETE.
TERMS:
All orders are shipped
prepaid unless other arrangements are made at the time the order is
placed. All orders require a 50% deposit. Balance is
due upon completion.
